Probate Research and Missing Heirs
It may be necessary to conduct a due diligence search to locate and legally serve all distributees of an estate. In some cases, known or unknown heirs need to be located. Sometimes there are no heirs and proof is needed. We locate missing and unknown heirs for attorneys, executors, and family.

At Generations, we pride ourselves on a process that puts your genealogical journey first. After initial contact, we start the exploration with a 3 hour consultation deposit. During this session, we will delve into your family history goals, provide consultation, establish the scope of the project, craft a research plan, and provide up to 3 hours of focused research time.

For ongoing support, we offer contract options, ensuring continuous assistance throughout your genealogical endeavors.

To maximize efficiency, we request access to your existing tree and DNA results if applicable, allowing us to integrate all available information seamlessly.

Throughout the research process, we keep you informed with interim reports and updates during research projects. Additionally, we provide further recommendations based on our findings.

Please note that while we charge for our core services. Additional expenses such as printing, record fees, notary fee, parking, postage will be billed separately.
